Hello, I’m Nicu the founder of Unleash Yourself, a platform dedicated to empowering individuals through self-awareness, self-love, vulnerability, and connection.

 

My journey to this point has been anything but conventional—full of challenges, deep personal introspection, and ultimately, profound transformation. I was adopted from Romania, and my life has been shaped by a series of significant experiences, getting abandoned by my birth mom, adopted by two gay dads, losing a best friend of 12 years due to emotional abuse, navigating medical struggles with my fiancé, and finding my birth family after 18 years. Each of these events has taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, the importance of healing, and the power of connection.

 

Through my experiences, I’ve come to understand that true strength lies in vulnerability, and that embracing our authentic selves is the key to living a fulfilled and meaningful life. My journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s led me to a place of deep understanding and empathy, which I now share with others through ‘Unleash Yourself.’

 

My goal is to create a space where individuals can explore their inner worlds, break free from limiting beliefs, and connect with others on a profound level. In addition to my personal journey, I have a deep passion for nature and outdoor activities, which play a significant role in the programs and retreats I offer.

 

Whether it’s guiding a reflective nature walk, leading a group through a self-discovery workshop, or facilitating a transformative retreat, I’m committed to helping others tap into their inner strength and unlock their full potential.‘Unleash Yourself’ is more than just a brand—it’s a movement. It’s about creating a community where we can all learn, grow, and support one another on our paths to personal liberation.
